SELF-DRIVER INFORMATION

For those driving their sons to and from camp

We ask that you arrive at camp between 8:55 and 9:10 A.M. As you come in, follow the driveway as it bends to the right (do not turn left into the parking lot), and let the camper(s) out at the wooden gate. The boys should check in each morning on arrival. We will meet you there the first day to answer any questions you may have. You can then continue straight out the u-shaped driveway.

Campers may be picked up between 3:40 and 4:00 daily. In the afternoons, you will enter the same camp driveway, but turn left immediately into our parking area where our staff will show you the afternoon traffic procedure. (Please do not come before 3:40 as camp vehicles will be exiting at 3:30 and you will not be able to enter the driveway until they leave and we cannot block traffic on Hoover Rd.)

Be sure to display on your dashboard the Carpool Information Card that we have sent you to help us with the afternoon pick-up procedure. Also, be aware that there are two stop signs on Hoover Rd. as you come in from Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike. Hoover Rd. is highly patrolled.

Please call me if, on any day, your son will not be coming to camp.
