Monday June 26 - FIRST DAY OF CAMP

Tuesday July 11 - GROUP PICTURES

Saturday July 22  - OPEN HOUSE - Campers are invited to bring family and friends from 1 PM to 3 PM to see the facilities, show what they have been doing and meet the staff. No pets, please. Your son's driver will call on Saturday morning if we decide to use the rain date of Sunday, July 23, 1 PM - 3 PM.

Friday August 18 - LAST DAY - Campers will be picked up about 2 1/4 hours later than usual for the picnic and return about one hour earlier than usual. No lunch, bathing suits or other gear should be brought on the last day.

  1. COOKOUT LUNCH SCHEDULE - Begins Mon., July 3, ends Fri., August 11

    TUESDAY            Avalanche, Celtics, Dolphins

    WEDNESDAY      Eagles, Hawks, Flyers, Barracudas

    THURSDAY          Grizzlies, Islanders, Jackals

    FRIDAY                Kixx, Lions, Mavericks

     

    Hot dogs, hamburgers, shishkebab, etc. are suitable for cookouts. On rainy or threatening cookout days, a sandwich should be sent as well.

  2. VISITING - Parents of campers may visit on any regular camp day from July 3 through August 11. Please call us first so we can inform you of your son's schedule.

  3. TELEPHONE CALLS - We welcome your calls to discuss all matters of concern to campers and parents.

  4. PICK-UPS - If you are picking up your son from camp, please write a note to your driver and Melanie. Campers must be picked up before 3:00 or after 3:40. For drop-offs or pick-ups during the camp day, please park and come into the office. For pick-ups after 3:40, enter the camp driveway and turn left immediately into our parking area where our staff will show you the afternoon traffic procedure. (Pick-up arrangements cannot be made by phone during the camp day.)
